21. Use FrontPage 97 database filesIf you're one of the many folks who used the database features in FrontPage 97, you may still have those IDC (Internet Database Connector) and HTX (HTML Extension) files in your site. You also may have noticed that since you upgraded to FrontPage 98, it is no longer possible to launch the IDC Wizard, and you can't find the FrontPage Editor's Edit/Database menu.In fact, those features are still there, but they're hidden. If you double-click an existing IDC file in your site, FrontPage opens the file inside of the IDC Wizard and lets you edit it just like you did when you were using FrontPage 97. The same goes for HTX files. If you open the file in the FrontPage Editor, the Edit/Database menu is miraculously restored and you can go about your work like nothing ever happened. Related tips:
